Our memorable walking safari included an encounter with an elephant family. It was enlightening to be near these beautiful creatures, and our guides took care to ensure we were safe at all times.

The accommodations were comfortable, well appointed and well maintained. The value for the quality and location was fantastic.

I was pleasantly surprised to arrive at the campfire to have dinner announced by the camp chef, along with a wine pairing. The cuisine tasted wonderful, was well prepared and presented.

Our guides Julian and Daniel were professional but still congenial during our stay. We learned about Zimbabwe's wildlife and were well protected at all times on the property.

The location is well chosen for its proximity to Mandavu Dam and a nearby natural spring. Other viewing sites were within a short driving distance.

We were so impressed with our experience that we have booked Camp Chitubu for a return trip. Excited to return in August 2026!
