Chobe Water Villas, an exclusive and intimate “boutique” Lodge is located on the Chobe River at the eastern tip of the famous Caprivi Strip now known as the Zambezi Region.

The Lodge is built on stilts directly on the banks of the Chobe River and opposite the renowned Chobe National Park and the Safari Town of Kasane, in Botswana. This location affords unobstructed views into the National Park and over the world renowned Sedudu Island. This spectacular location ensures that this exciting view into untamed Africa is available from the Lodge and every one of its 16 exclusive Water Villas. 

Chobe Water Villas nestles under magnificent shading Acacia Trees and exclusively hosts a maximum of only 32 guests in its uniquely positioned 16 luxurious Water Villas

Wildlife

Chobe National Park itself is furthermore home to Giraffe, Wild Dog, Leopard, Cheetah, Jackal, Hyena and one of the greatest Zebra migrations after the Masai Mara or Serengeti in Tanzania and Kenya. The 10,800 km2 Chobe National Park’s wildlife statistics confirm that it is home to the largest elephant population the world stated to be in excess of 160,000 along with some 164 mammal species representing one of the largest concentration of wildlife in Africa. Antelope species include Roan, Sable, Lechwe, Waterbuck, Eland, Puku, Gemsbok, , Klipspringer, Impala and the occasional rare Sitatunga.

16 X Luxury Water Villas

The Luxury Water Villas all feature a guaranteed 180 degree unobstructed view of the Chobe River into the Chobe National Park. Perched on stilts over or at the water’s edge the Villa’s elevated view includes the world renowned Sedudu Island.

These “junior suites” with 82 m2 of living space feature an open plan lounge and bedroom area and include a 19m2 front terrace facing the Chobe River with built in day-bed and a 11 m2 rear terrace facing the natural bush and spectacular sunsets. The generous bathroom features a double vanity and separate bath, shower and toilet. The open-plan bedroom and lounge face the spectacular Chobe view through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which fold back completely along the entire width of the Room and onto the front terrace. Each Villa offers a mattress/bed configuration of either extra-length King or 2 x 3Ž4 beds.
