Intro
Chui Lodge is located above the shores of Lake Naivasha set in a private 18,000 acre wildlife conservancy, Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary (OWS). O.W.S offers an exclusive and distinct utopia for both the resident wildlife and guests alike. With an abundance of wildlife and luxurious accommodation the lodge provides guests with the ultimate bush experience. Wonderful hospitality and attentive staff allows guests to relax and enjoy the nature surrounding them.

Chui Lodge is nestled in a privately owned wildlife conservancy, Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary. OWS was set up for the love of wildlife and to prove that sustainable farming and wildlife conservation can go hand in hand. Chui Lodge is family owned and driven to provide a safe haven for endangered wildlife through natural conservation strategies. Since its inception, Oserian has proven to be a leader in wildlife and environmental conservation, and the sustainability of Lake Naivasha and its environs.
Need To Know
There are eight luxury individual cottages, with delightful verandas that provide stunning views of the Mau escarpment and surrounding conservancy. All are en-suite and include magnificent four-poster, king-sized beds, roaring log fires, handcrafted furniture and textiles, which ensure the essential touch of luxury. Three of which are deluxe cottages which feature a cosy living room.
Safaris
Activities include game drives, Walking, Boating, Sundowners, and Bush Breakfasts. Guests can experience the bush from our 4WD vehicles in complete privacy. Our professional guides will tailor the daily activities to guest’s wishes and interests. Sundowners around a roaring log fire after an unforgettable game drive is the perfect way to end the day. Or a perfect start to the day by having a morning walk or delicious bush breakfast along the shores of the magical Lake Oloidien. Boat trips on Lake Naivasha enable guests to marvel at the splendor of the Rift Valley, wallowing hippos, pelicans and majestic fish eagles.
Wildlife
Leopard, Lion, Grevy's Zebra, Topi, Eland, Buffalo, Serval Cat, Aardvark, Warthog, Ostrich, Beisa Oryx and Hyena are only part of the 40 different species of mammals found in the reserve. There are over 320 bird species found in the conservancy, including the shy and endangered Grey-crested Helmet-shrike. Some additional bird species include, Augur Buzzard, Narina Trogon and Red-headed Weaver.
