The Lodge operates in harmony with its surroundings with architecture designed for energy and ecological conservation, materials from low energy and renewable sources coupled with operational practices for efficient energy and water usage.

We also propose sleep outs under mosquitonet tents on the dunes , with a 360 degree view over Botswana and Namibia .

• Walking Safaris: Our skilled and experienced guides will escort you through the bush and introduce you to the small wonders of the Kalahari. 
• Specialised Bushmen walking safaris , accompanied by the Ju- Huansi and Kung ! Bushmen , learn about their ancient survival skills in the desert .

Kalahari wildlife includes elephants, brown hyena, leopard, gemsbok, wildebeest, an occasional lion but also meerkats, mangouste, honey badgers and aardvark.

We are fortunate to have two packs of the rare wild dogs close to the lodge which visit us from time to time.
