Spacious and stylishly put together, the custom-designed tents have an uncluttered appeal and provide an escape from modernday distractions. Dining under stars and sleeping under canvas, this unique experience is all about being close to nature, immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the Serengeti plains.

Need To Know
  • The camp is comprised of a maximum of just six tents, all ensuite and meticulously furnished. Balloon safaris can be arranged locally.

Season

East Africa is equatorial, so the climate is fairly constant, making Singita Grumeti a perfect year-round destination.

The Green Season, from November to May, offers long, warm days with short downpours of rain transforming the landscape to a lush green teeming with diverse wildlife.

From June to October is traditionally the migration season and days are warm, sunny and dry.
