It is located on the edge of the 5th fairway of the Kilimajro Golf course which was itself recently voted one of the top 10 courses in Africa. Weather permitting, it enjoys uninterrupted views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Meru and the Maasai Steppes. The property is surrounded by over 1,000 acres of African bush which is home to both African Wildlife and birdlife.
Subject to availability, the 6 guest bedrooms which make up Siringit Villa may either be booked individually, or alternatively the entire villa can also be booked for private & exclusive use.
Siringit Villa is ideally located for your clients first nights stay on any itinerary on the Northern Safari circuit as well as for day rooms at the end of their itineraries. Day trips to Arusha National Park (located just a 30 minute drive away) can be organised with short notice. The Dolly Estate airstrip is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion before the end of 2016. This airstrip is located ten minutes drive from the Villa providing easy access by air to all of the parks which make up the Northern Safari circuit.
Siringit Villa is located on a Wildlife Estate which provides sanctuary for animals which have either been orphaned or which have otherwise been deprived of their natural habitat. All conservation efforts are coordinated with the Tanzania Ministry of Tourism and Natural Resources.
Many species of small game such as dik dik, duiker, bush pig, jackal, African serval, civet and genet cats live in the bush surrounding the Golf course and more unusual wildlife has been seen in the surrounding area, including the elusive aardvark. The natural water features which have been built into the Golf course provide a haven for a wide variety of birdlife including numerous species of bulbuls, weavers, bee-eaters, sun birds, wagtails, shrikes, mouse birds, plovers, guinea fowl and hornbill.
Larger species of game such as eland, kudu, Grant's gazelle, Thompson's gazelle, gerenuk, wildebeest and zebra can also be found nearby.
