Nestled between the peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, both of which are visible from the property on a clear day, Siringit Villa is a luxurious 6 bedroom house situated within the confines of the superb Kilimanjaro Golf and Wildlife Estate (www.kiligolf.com). This spacious and elegant property is located just 35 kilometres from Kilimanjaro International Airport and 25 kilometers from Arusha Town.
Siringit Villa has been built, decorated and furnished to the highest possible standards with no expense spared. It is located on the edge of the 5th fairway of the Kilimajro Golf course which was itself recently voted one of the top 10 courses in Africa. Weather permitting, it enjoys uninterrupted views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Meru and the Maasai Steppes. The property is surrounded by over 1,000 acres of African bush which is home to both African Wildlife and birdlife.
Subject to availability, the 6 guest bedrooms which make up Siringit Villa may either be booked individually, or alternatively the entire villa can also be booked for private & exclusive use.
Siringit Villa is ideally located for your clients first nights stay on any itinerary on the Northern Safari circuit as well as for day rooms at the end of their itineraries. Day trips to Arusha National Park (located just a 30 minute drive away) can be organised with short notice. The Dolly Estate airstrip is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion before the end of 2016. This airstrip is located ten minutes drive from the Villa providing easy access by air to all of the parks which make up the Northern Safari circuit.
Siringit Villa is located on a Wildlife Estate which provides sanctuary for animals which have either been orphaned or which have otherwise been deprived of their natural habitat. All conservation efforts are coordinated with the Tanzania Ministry of Tourism and Natural Resources.
Many species of small game such as dik dik, duiker, bush pig, jackal, African serval, civet and genet cats live in the bush surrounding the Golf course and more unusual wildlife has been seen in the surrounding area, including the elusive aardvark. The natural water features which have been built into the Golf course provide a haven for a wide variety of birdlife including numerous species of bulbuls, weavers, bee-eaters, sun birds, wagtails, shrikes, mouse birds, plovers, guinea fowl and hornbill.
Larger species of game such as eland, kudu, Grant's gazelle, Thompson's gazelle, gerenuk, wildebeest and zebra can also be found nearby.

Guests are welcome to stay as long as they like, subject of course to availability. Average stays range from 1 to 4 nights depending upon itineraries.
Rates can vary according to whether rooms are booked individually or the entire villa is booked for private & exclusive use. Seasonal variations also apply. Prices range from US $200 to US $450 per person per night. A commission structure is offered to bona-fide tour operators.
Children are welcome and discounts are offered according to ages.
The six generous and exquisitely decorated bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, have been designed to meet the requirements of the most discerning of visitors. All rooms can be configured as either singles, doubles, twins or even triples and include a tastefully decorated sitting area. Five of the rooms have luxurious soaking tubs and all have walk-in ‘rain’ showers. As you would expect in a property of this standard, ‘his’ and ‘her’ wash-hand-basins, comfortable bathrobes, hairdryers and in-room safes are all included as part of the accommodation.
Bookings for Siringit can either be by the room or can be for the private and exclusive use of the entire villa as required.
Siringit Villa was very recently introduced on the market and as yet has not received any accolades. We expect that to change upon completion of the first year of successful operations.
Siringit Kilimanjaro Golf & Safari Retreat is open year round. The seasons are as follows:
High Season - 1 January to 28 February, 1 July to 31 October, 20 December to 31 December
Mid Season - 1 March to 31 March, 1 November to 19 December, 1 June to 30 June
Low Season - 1 April to 31 May
