Intro
Highlights
Our private waterhole and saltlick in front of the lodge attract elephants, zebras, giraffes, lions and rare nocturnal animals such as porcupine. Night vision cameras installed by the waterhole directly transmit the images to a screen in the bar.
Safaris
We offer our clients day and night game drives in the Siana Conservancy and the Masai Mara Game Reserve in our luxury 4x4 safari vehicles. All game drives are tailor-made to the requests of the clients and depending on what they would like to see while staying with us. Our Masai silver standard guides, who have attended Koyaki guiding school and obtained their silver certificate from the KPSGA, share their vast knowledge of the flora and fauna of the Masai Mara with the guests on every game drive and nature walk.
Wildlife
The Siana Conservancy is part of a migratory route of elephants which can be seen on a regular basis in the valley. The sandstone outcrops behind the lodge house baboons, leopards and the rare Verreaux's eagle. Our wetland habitat next to the lodge provides the ideal environment for impala, hartebeest, eland, waterbuck and lions.
The Masai Mara Game Reserve is within a 20 minute drive from the lodge and hosts the Great Wildebeest Migration from June to September every year.
