ELECTRICITY: The standard plug in South Africa is a three round pinned plug – often referred to as a type M. We suggest travelling with an adaptor – although we will be able to assist (via a deposit or purchase available). In South Africa the standard voltage is 230 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. You can use your electric appliances in South Africa, if the standard voltage in your country is in between 220 – 240 V (as is in the UK, Europe, Australia and most of Asia and Africa). If the standard voltage in your country is in the range of 100 V – 127 V (as is in the US, Canada and most South American countries), you may need a voltage converter in South Africa. Many small electronic devices now have dual voltage converters as standard.
When you arrive at Nambiti's central Carpark area after entering at Woodlands Gate, you will be met by your allocated personal guide (ranger). He will be available to you and the other guests on his game drive during your stay and will take you on the scheduled game drives twice daily during your stay.
If you have indicated - at the time of making your booking - an interest in a specific field (eg: history of the area, birding, flora or certain mammals etc) he will do his best meet your request.
