Intro
Located on the great Chobe River, the Zambezi Queen captures the spirit of elegance and adventure of a bygone era in a unique and contemporary setting.

Highlights
Explore the banks of the Chobe river from a unique vantage point that the Zambezi Queen offers. With approximately 120 000 elephants, Chobe game viewing is exceptional. Water-based game drives gets you even closer to these animals. Tiger and bream fishing is offered along with a visit to one of the local villages.
Need To Know
Departures are based on two and three nights respectively. The two-night stays depart on Mondays and Wednesdays while the three-night stay departs on Fridays.
Safaris
Water-based game drives are offered by tender boat to explore the banks of the Chobe River. THis area is also a birders paradise. Tiger and bream fishing is also offered along with visits to a local village on the Namibian side.
Wildlife
The Chobe is known for its elephants in particular - a population of around 120 000. Other game includes buffalo and a variety of antelope. The Chobe itself supports an array of game, plant and bird life while hippos and crocodiles are almost always present.

Stays vary from 2 to 3 nights with a combination of lengths possible. Christmas and New Year's departures are 4 night stays.

Child Policy
No children under 7 years. Children permitted between 7 and 15 years.
Accommodation
There are 14 suites. Ten are Standard Suites while 4 are Master Suites. The latter feature a private outside deck. All suites are air-conditioned and have personal safes and hair dryers. The suites also have floor to ceiling windows, giving exceptional views of the river from the comfort of your bed.

Season
Low season for 2014 is from January until end of April with the High Season starting in May to end of December.
