The boutique resort includes 11 unique villas  to accommodate guests in peace and intimacy within a stunning setting. Five 1-bedroom villas, five 2-bedroom villas and one 3-bedroom villa are spread over 4 hectares of tropical garden providing complete privacy amongst natural surroundings. The luxury villas each have two units connected by an exotic garden with a terrace, private swimming-pool and outdoor bathtub all with stunning views over the beach. In each distinctive villa one unit is composed of the bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet while the other includes the kitchen, dining room and lounge. With all check-in formalities completed in the villas, optional meals served in the rooms and the services of a private butler, guests are ensured of complete personal attention at all times.

The resort also counts 3 Cinnamon Rooms located by the Restaurant - these are rooms which ally comfort and budget, with access to all Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa amenities. Additionnally, in low and shoulder season, we open "Deluxe" rooms: individual rooms located in a Two-bedroom or Presidential villa (shared entrance, pool and common spaces).

Situated only 6° south of the equator, Zanzibar enjoys ideal holiday weather. Temperatures average between 24°C and 27°C throughout the year with 7-9 hours of sunshine per day. There are 2 rainy seasons: Acute, brief showers, lasting about an hour in the morning occur for a couple of weeks during November. The rains last slightly longer in April and May, but even then it does not rain every day. These rains replenish the Island and are often referred to as the “Green Season”.
