As of June 2025, Cottar’s 1920s Camp has four new family tents that set a new standard in the Mara.
Designed for families or small groups seeking space, privacy, and connection. Each features two en-suite bedrooms, a shared lounge with a wood-burning stove, and a generous deck with sweeping views across the savannah – an ideal spot for private breakfasts, evening sundowners, or one of our signature canvas bubble baths.
With flexible layouts, considered design, a dedicated guide, private vehicle, and
complimentary babysitting for families, these new tents reflect the thoughtful, personal touch typical of Cottar's Safaris.
During our private season, up to two children under 13 stay on a complimentary basis.
