Uplands is perfect for families with children of all ages. The Eastern Cape is malaria-free so ideal for families. Kwandwe offers a host of activities to keep kids entertained, including receiving 'Rangers in Training' backpacks. As Uplands is a private villa, safari activities can be arranged at times to suit the family.

Uplands Homestead is an intimate private safari home imbued with old-world romance. Featuring three suites with private verandas and en-suite bathrooms, a full-sized swimming pool and gazebo, the remote location offers complete tranquillity for up to six guests.

Season
Game viewing is excellent all year round. The warmest months are September to April. From May to August it is cooler. In winter there is a winter schedule to take the colder mornings and evenings into consideration - they also have all-in-one duvet jackets!
