Help Children of Africa
Preserve Their Future and Our Planet
At The Safari Awards, we understand the profound impact of the safari industry on the African continent's tourism, conservation, and local communities. We are proud to announce our partnership with iLearnabout, a dynamic charitable digital education project dedicated to providing essential climate, conservation, and environmental education to children and teachers across Africa
iLearnabout is at the forefront of creating interactive e-learning materials and activities that cover core environmental topics, designed for use in rural Africa. These resources are downloadable and user-friendly, and most importantly, they are provided FREE of charge to schools, clubs, and organizations, serving as invaluable supplementary educational tools.
Our Shared Mission:
As travelers who have experienced Africa's diverse and unique ecosystems and witnessedits iconic wildlife, we are committed to preserving the continent's rich biodiversity. Ourpartnership with iLearnabout aims to nurture a generation of environmentally awareambassadors who will lead the way in environmental improvements, poverty alleviation, and enhanced conservation efforts across Africa.
iLearnabout's Impact:
iLearnabout is already making a difference by helping teachers and children in Zambia and Kenya gain a better understanding of local and global challenges. Through engaging digital content, the program covers topics such as biodiversity, climate change, pollution, wildlife, water, and conservation careers.
Why Your Support Matters:
The COVID-19 pandemic significantly disrupted support for education, underscoring the need to expand the use of free teaching resources to reach marginalized communities and rural schools. By supporting iLearnabout, you can contribute to transforming children's lives.
