Saragossa Game Lodge

The Saragossa Game Lodge is nestled in the heart of the reserve. The original homestead, built in the iconic 1920s, has been restored to preserve its original charm. Ideal for romantic getaways, the leisure rooms include a lounge and bar with open fireplace, a cigar lounge and whiskey bar, a wine cellar and dining room. The spacious veranda looks out onto grassland where animals may be seen grazing. Eighteen guests can be accommodated in the main lodge and villa. The lodge comprises four garden suites, two lodge rooms and a honeymoon suite, accommodating two guests each. The separate villa has two double bedrooms, and is ideal for family or friends travelling together. The Game Lodge has a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi seats, a bar that serves drinks and snacks, and a charming lapa overlooking a large hippo dam, suitable for small group functions. A variety of unique activities are on offer, including breathtaking sunrise breakfasts, picnic lunches and sunset game drives. A range of express spa services are available on request.
