In the heart of Kenya’s Rift Valley, secluded within Soysambu Conservancy, a 49,000 acre private Conservancy bordering two of the Rift Valley’s most beautiful lakes, the Sleeping Warrior Lodge invites you to take a step off the beaten track and immerse yourself in essential Africa... majestic and alive with secrets. With just 10 rooms we offer the true luxury of an intimate, tailor made safari experience.

Need To Know
10 spacious rooms with twin, queen or king sized beds, ensuite bathrooms and private verandas with stunning views over the Rift Valley. Each room is a natural stone cottage. The cottages are spaced at least 50 meters apart in order to ensure maximum privacy to our guests.

Driving, Walking, Climbing, Ridding Enjoy an unforgettable wilderness experience with exclusive access to a 48,000 acre private conservancy nestled between Lake Elmenteita and Lake Nakuru National Park. We offer bush dining and sundowners, guided walks, mountain climbs, day and night game drives, visits to Lake Nakuru National Park and Eburu Forest Sanctuary, horseback ridding, visits to local communities and an imaginative range of child friendly activities.
Wildlife
450 species of birds, 10% of the remaining population of wild Rothschild giraffe, leopard, buffalo, hyena, bat-eared fox, aardvark, colobus monkey, and an abundance of waterbuck, eland, zebra, reedbuck and klipspringer.

Clustered high on the slopes of an extinct volcano the Lodge offers 7 widely-spaced natural stone cottages with double or twin beds and private verandas, 2 family rooms and a honeymoon suite with private jacuzzi, all with breathtaking views of the Rift Valley.
