Intro
Perched high on the eastern side of the Ghoha Hills, our hilltop retreat boasts unparalleled 180 degree views across the savannah. The natural waterhole attracts wildlife year round and there's even a small waterhole in front of the lodge attracting plenty of plains game and occassional big cat activity.
Our lodge is special and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food is inventive and gourmet; and high tea is always served. Much pride and care is taken in the finer details at the lodge. We preserve the surrounding area by having little impact on the environment - we run on solar power.
Our Ghoha is luxurious, relaxed and offers year-round game viewing opportunities in the Chobe National Park.

Safaris
To the south east of the lodge, the Savuti Marsh beckons with its unique game viewing opportunities. The Marsh is a relic of an inland lake which is fed by the Savuti channel.
Covered by extensive savannah and rolling grasslands, the wildlife is dynamic year round. This is big cat and wild dog paradise. We do day trips into the marsh, complete with drinks and a packed lunch.
Game drives are conducted in and around the bustling waterhole close to our lodge. This is where huge breeding herds of elephant, buffalo and rare antelope congregate.
A Sundown game drive finished off with Sundowner drinks at the Baobab Tree while enjoying perfect views of the hills and surrounds ends a glorious day.
Wildlife
The dry and wet seasons change the scenery and offer sightings of the annual migrations of zebras and predators. Guests might see the Marsh pride of lions, wild dogs, buffalo, elephant, leopard, big cat kills, roan antelope, kudu, primates and a range of other large game.
There are over 500 species of birds in Botswana. Don't be surprised if you see eagles soaring above and the rare ground hornbills foraging away in the shrubbery.
You will be spoilt for choice with the high concetration of game in Chobe.
